The Board consists of founder shareholders whose knowledge of technologies involved in Reform Energy activities are central to the Companyís ability to project manage the proposed plants.
Jonathan Lloyd, Non-Executive Chairman
Jonathan has significant experience in fundraising and stakeholder management and was CEO of UK Coal PLC, a major listed coal company with a workforce of more than 3,000 until 2010.
He is also a chartered surveyor with over 34 years experience in the property industry. He has been involved with alternative energy generation through wind, biomass and waste to energy for several years having first built and managed a wind farm portfolio in the early 1990s.
John Potter, Chief Executive Officer
John has a wide range of business and project management experience including spells with North West Water (now United Utilities) and Prudential Assurance.
After a number of years in property development John became involved in the renewable energy sector, initially managing the early stage development of a modular Anaerobic Digestion business before taking over the management of Reform Energy plc.
David Foran FCCA, Chief Operating Officer
David is a Chartered Certified Accountant with experience in advising and directing growing businesses in a number of areas including strategic management, business planning & financial reviews, and project management. David is responsible for ensuring that the developments that the Group enters into are consistent, and delivered in line with the business plan.
Davidís previous roles included 13 years with top ten audit and advisory firm, Grant Thornton.
Peter Moss FCCA, Chief Financial Officer
Peter is a Chartered Certified Accountant and following 10 years in audit and advisory, qualifying with top 5 firm Grant Thornton, gained significant financial management experience previously holding senior executive positions, including both Group Finance and Operations Director roles, in a number of multi Fast Track 100 award winning companies in the technology distribution, e-commerce and multinational logistics sectors.
